By using PhotoBeen, uploading content, or placing an order, you agree that PhotoBeen may process your materials and provide customized AI-generated digital photo products under these terms.
Your rights and permissions
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every image, likeness, prompt, name, and instruction you submit. You give PhotoBeen a broad, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, display internally, and use submitted materials and generated outputs as needed to operate, improve, secure, and fulfill the service.
AI-generated results
PhotoBeen may use AI models and automated systems to generate, edit, enhance, evaluate, or organize results. AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, stylized, delayed, or different from expectations. We do not guarantee exact likeness, exact locations, exact clothing, exact backgrounds, dating outcomes, social media results, or commercial performance.
Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, non-consensual, explicit, or abusive content. You may not impersonate others, violate privacy or publicity rights, use the service for fraud, or upload images of people without the rights and consent needed for your intended use.
Order handling
We may accept, reject, cancel, pause, revise, or refuse any order when needed for safety, quality, legal, payment, technical, or operational reasons. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for ensuring your use of any generated image, story, caption, or profile text complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoBeen is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, platform, dating, business, data, or profit-related losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms, policies, product details, pricing, features, vendors, and processing methods from time to time. Continued use of PhotoBeen after changes means you accept the updated terms.
