PhotoBeen Policy

Privacy Policy

PhotoBeen collects and uses the information needed to operate an AI photo service, process orders, prevent abuse, improve quality, and provide customer support.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, sign-in identifiers, checkout details, order selections, uploaded images, custom edit requests, generated outputs, device data, usage logs, support messages, and metadata created while using the service.

How we use your information

We use this information to create and deliver photo packs, operate checkout, match uploads to orders, provide order status, troubleshoot issues, detect fraud or misuse, improve product quality, train or evaluate internal workflows where allowed, and maintain business records.

AI processing and service providers

Uploaded images, prompts, edit requests, and related order data may be processed by AI models, infrastructure providers, storage providers, payment providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, and other vendors that help PhotoBeen provide the service.

Uploads and retention

You grant PhotoBeen permission to store, copy, transform, process, transmit, review, and use uploaded images and generated outputs as needed to fulfill orders, maintain records, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. We may retain files and related data for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes unless deletion is required by law.

Payments

Payment details are handled by Stripe. PhotoBeen receives payment status, limited customer details, transaction identifiers, and order metadata, but does not store full card numbers.

Your choices

You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests. Some information may be retained when needed for order records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

PhotoBeen turns ordinary uploads into profile, travel, story, and keepsake images built for the places people actually see you.

Use the custom request box on any product page to describe the city, mood, outfit, or story angle.
